My, how have the years gone by...
My, How have the years gone by... It certainly has been some time since I have been able to do any writing at all. So much has been happening, or has happened over the last few years that it seems as if time is in a speed race mode. My children have both grown up, and have left the nest; I now find myself in one place as they have both relocated, and have started life on their own. So many of my friends, and family, have passed on, leaving me with a sense of loss that will never be filled. Initially, it seemed as if my world had shattered, leaving me in a dark cloud of extreme tiredness, and feeling as if there was not a meaning to life anymore. For the longest time, I just could not get myself together, and felt like just sleeping the remainder of my time away. But, I soon after began to realize that I had to re-group, and try to get back on track. I thank God for my children, who were such an encouragement to me in my down moments.
